Yes. We return for follow-up salting when temperatures drop again, especially in shaded or high-traffic areas where refreeze is common.

Yes. Our equipment and staffing scales for heavier winters. If the season is more intense than usual, we adjust routes to maintain coverage.

We guarantee service within the timeframe outlined in your plan. Exact times depend on the storm and route order, but we do not leave clients waiting without communication.

Message us 24/7 during storm events and we’ll try to accommodate you if we can. We’re almost fully booked for contracts this year, but we’ll do our best to fit you in where possible as we begin booking into next season.
