After years in the trades, dealing with the usual runaround — missed calls, late responses, and contractors who vanish when the snow actually hits — we decided to build a service that does the opposite. Island winters might not dump snow every day, but when the storms come, they come fast. Parking lots freeze. Strata pathways get slick. Businesses can’t afford downtime, and homeowners don’t want liability headaches.
